Welcome to Birtley House

With over 80 years, and four generations, dedicated to providing the highest levels of care, the family who own and manage Birtley House feel a very personal involvement with the quality of life enjoyed by all the residents. 

Birtley House offers:

• Full nursing care either in attractive individual rooms or in luxurious apartments. All our residents are encouraged to feel they have 'moved home' and not moved into a home and indeed may in effect 'own' their own home within the nursing home
• Birtley Mews apartments which allow for a greater level of independence within secure, fully supported living apartments 
• A Day Club Service which provides the opportunity to sample the quality of life which is such a big aspect of the Birtley House ethos
