Three apartments... one rare opportunity!

Three apartments... one rare opportunity!

Magnolia, Wisteria, Hurst Hill… just 3 of our exceptionally spacious apartments based within Birtley House Nursing Home, all of which are currently available on a ‘licence to occupy’ basis.

Effectively your own home within Birtley House nursing home, you may furnish with your own home comforts, and our maintenacne team are on hand to help set everything up. An apartment is a worthy investment considering the substantial long term savings that can be made for anyone on a permanent or long term move into our care home, as the licence will be sold onto the next user once it is no longer occupied, usually for the same price that was initially paid.

Having the three available at the same time, all of which have a self-contained bathroom and 24 hour onsite nursing should it be needed, gives the opportunity for anyone considering a relocation into a Nursing Home, the perfect opportunity for choice. With previous Residents having stayed as long as 18 years in our apartments, it is a rarity that we are able to offer the three together, and a true luxury for someone to be able to choose a new home that best reflects them.

The packages we put together here at Birtley House manage daily tasks which may have become stressful, such as cooking, cleaning, maintenance, laundry, and of course, there are no utility bills to deal with. They are designed so our Residents have maximum opportunity to relax and enjoy life, benefitting from our stunning grounds and wildlife, daily activities plan, charitable social events, community events such as hosting the Surrey Sculpture Garden, and unlimited visiting times to work around family and friends. We have a dedicated menu taker here to ensure that each Resident chooses exactly what they would like each day, and our in house kitchen team cook with fresh produce grown from our own kitchen garden.

Outside of your own apartment you have the added benefit of use of the drawing room as well as two further Annexe Sitting Rooms, the Orangery Dining Room and our Activities Room.

Birtley House certainly is a vibrant and happy home with lots to offer!
