On the evening of Thursday 17th March, Residents & Staff gathered in the Activities Room for a St. Patrick's Celebration. Irish folk music played whilst Residents were treated to a delicious array of festive food, including Salmon marinated in Guinness & Colcannon potatoes. Irish whisky and Guinness were flowing, but sadly no real leprauchans were in evidence!
Twenty six Residents joined together to celebrate the feast of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland and staff members were adorned with green t-shirts/Guinness hats & shamrocks.
