One of the things that helps to make Birtley House nursing home so homely for our residents, is our firm belief that we should continue to find every way possible of allowing people to integrate their previous home life, into their new home life with us.
Our encouragement of holistic therapy within the carehome is strong. Mrs Morgan has always been a lover of her garden and pictured here doing a spot of gardening, she pots some of her own plants and garden accessories, into our terrace garden. The flower pot men are an endearing feature and add character to the beautiful flower beds.
