On the afternoon of Easter Day, a Communion Service with Canon Angela Townshend was held for Residents and family, followed by a delicious tea, organised by the Carers & Nurses. The whole event was a 'first' for Birtley, but one that was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
Huge thanks go to all of the Carers & Nurses who produced such a wonderful, festive spread, it was a very happy occasion.
