Undaunted by the fact that we were expecting at least 300 attendees, Birtley Head of Kitchen, Steve Morton, was happy to showcase our in-house catering by making over 1,700 canapes for the Official Opening of the Sculpture Garden on Friday.
The selection of hot and cold canapes were much appreciated by our guests who, in addition to enjoying the food and drink, managed to a brave the chilly evening to view the spectacular exhibition.
Steve, supported by the rest of the catering team, did an amazing job - many thanks to them all.
